This Agreement is a legal agreement between ‘Arcada’ a brand operated by Beast Collective SARL (referred to as "Arcada"), and you, the Customer. If you don't agree to all the terms here, you can't use Arcada's services. If you do use the services, you agree to follow these terms. The agreement ends when either you or Arcada cancels it, except for ongoing things like paying for services already done.

Arcada can change these plans whenever they want, so keep an eye out for updates.
To avoid getting charged for another period, you need to cancel at least seven days before your renewal date. This will help us prepare the team for the following month.
Once work is completed, it will be up to you to send feedback or move the request card to Approved on Trello. We won’t be able to work on your next request unless we get this approval.
You can cancel your subscription anytime, but you won't get a refund because Arcada already assigned motion designers to your account. If you cancel, you'll keep getting the service until your current billing cycle ends, but you won't get a refund for any unused time.
Arcada owns the stuff used to provide the services, like software and designs. But the videos made for you become your property on delivery. You own the copyright to those videos. Arcada owns the right to publish those videos on their own website as part of their portfolio.
You own the final product, including the design, for any work carried out during your subscription period. But Arcada still owns their tools and other materials they used to make it.
If a project uses fonts that Arcada doesn't own, they'll let you know. You'll need to buy the right licenses for those fonts. If you don't, you're responsible for any consequences.
En utilisant les services d'Arcada, vous déclarez que vous acceptez de suivre ces conditions. Vous n'utiliserez pas les services de manière illégale ou sournoise.
You can only use Arcada's services for legal and agreed-upon purposes. You can't sell or misuse the content they make for you, and you can't do anything shady or illegal with it.
If you have comments or suggestions, share them through Trello. Arcada owns any feedback you give them, and they're not responsible for any feedback you don't share the right way.
Arcada can keep an eye on their services and take action if someone breaks these terms. They can also limit or stop your access to the services if needed.
Once you pay for a service, you can't get your money back. This helps Arcada keep their operations running smoothly and provide good service to everyone.
Arcada can change or remove stuff from their services whenever they want. They might also stop providing some or all of their services without telling you beforehand.
Sometimes things might go wrong, like a team member being unavailable or technical problems. Arcada isn't responsible for any problems caused by these interruptions, but they'll try to fix them quickly.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, where Arcada is based.
Arcada is not responsible for any damages you may incur while using their services. If you break the rules and Arcada gets in trouble because of it, you must take responsibility and protect Arcada from any harm.
You're responsible for giving Arcada all the info they need to do their job. They'll try to keep your data safe, but they're not responsible if something goes wrong. It's a good idea to keep backups of your data just in case.
You agree to get messages from Arcada electronically. This covers things like agreements, notices, and other important stuff.
Arcada might show off the work they've done for you online unless you've agreed to keep it private.
This agreement lasts until you or Arcada cancels it. If you cancel, you'll still have to pay for any services you've already received. Arcada can end the agreement at any time for any reason, especially if you break the rules. Once the agreement ends, both parties stop having obligations to each other, except for things like paying for services already done. Arcada will try to make the end as smooth as possible for you.
